OUR MISSION

Forge America is an association of practitioners cultivating practitioners who join in the everyday mission of God.

Our Values

PRACTITIONERS FIRST

Before we train or teach or lead in the mission of God; we practice the mission of God.

ALREADY SENT

We are committed to the ideal of sustainable lifestyles for holistic practice.

FOR KING & KINGDOM

We lean into Jesus. We long to see God’s rule and reign revealed in the everyday.

YOU’RE NOT ALONE

We’re driven to unite the diaspora of everyday people compelled by the Kingdom.

  • Jeri Taylor | Care Director

I have been a part of Forge America since 2012 - just as it was beginning in the United States.  Through my journey with Forge I have been coach/mentor, board member and now on the National team.  In 2014, my husband, John and I were asked to serve as Elders and we have continued that role and we also organize National gatherings and training retreats.  I also care for the NT and our practitioners. I was attracted to Forge ( I did have my questions) because of the people involved, I can see how God is the head, we serve King Jesus and desire to be guided by Holy Spirit. My life verse is Phil 4:6&7 because being a mom, a grandmother, a cancer survivor, and never wanting to be on this journey alone and thanking God for the life to come. My hobbies include traveling to see family and Forge friends, paddle boarding, pickle ball, and serving others.

  • John Taylor | Care Director

I joined Forge America with my wife Jeri in 2012.  We were hosting a Home Church gathering with Ryan and Laura Hairston and becoming introduced to the FA Family through them,  We helped launch Forge Dallas with them - Jeri and I coached couples those first years as we all embraced the words and life-(changing)-style of Missional Living.  This change did not seem drastic as it fit our lives and the ministry posture that we had lived for years.  The Forge Tribe became our family and we were invited to embrace opportunities and responsibilities with Forge America.  We were asked to act as Elders to the Forge Family and I took the reins as Finance Director for many years.  My journey with Forge has deepened my love and gratitude for Jesus and His Kingdom.  We have been blessed to experience the growth and development of the the Forge Ministry through these years and look forward to what all God is doing and will do among our Forge Family in the days to come.
